Wholesale Accountmanager
As a Wholesale Accountmanager at Anna + Nina, you are the main contact person for all our direct B2B clients. You are responsible for managing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, and working closely with the Head of Slaes to develop and execute growth strategies. You play a key role in increasing brand awareness, both in existing and new markets.
Account Management / Customer Relationship Management:
Showroom management;
Main point of contact for all direct B2B accounts;
Develop and maintain strong, and long-lasting relationships with our direct B2B accounts;
Conduct regular check-ins with customers, including on-site visits, calls, and virtual meetings, to maintain strong partnerships;
New Business Development:
Actively identify and prospect wholesale accounts to expand the brand’s reach in existing and new markets;
Sales Support activities such as; trade fairs, agent day, in-store events;
Maison & Objet Paris, January + September
Sales Strategy & Growth:
Work closely together with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for growth;
Actively generate and increase sales throughout existing accounts and securing new business;
Track sales performance at key accounts;
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling;
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities;
Share feedback from customers regarding products, pricing, and market needs to drive product and business improvements;
Brand Representation & Storytelling:
Represent the brand effectively to all customers;
Provide customers with the necessary marketing materials, product information and brand assets to effectively sell the products;
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to manage and execute showroom events, ensuring an outstanding presentation of the brand and the collection;
Academic working and thinking level (HBO).
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in account management preferably within the fashion industry.
You’ll take ownership.
Work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
Sales driven.
You are commercially strong; you take initiative, and you have an affinity with our products.
Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to work in deadline driven environment.
Knowledge of Excel.
You are available a minimum of 32 hours a week.
You are proficient in Dutch and English in both spoken and written.
Driver’s license.
