Office & Project manager
At Anna + Nina we are looking for an Office & Project Manager who is not only organisationally strong, but also likes to roll up her sleeves. Someone who loves structure, keeps an overview in a dynamic environment and is happy with a day in which no two hours are the same.
As Office & Project Manager at Anna + Nina, you are the organisational heart of the team. You keep the office running, support ongoing projects and make sure everything is organised down to the last detail. Some of your duties include.
Arranging office supplies, shopping and facilities.
On- and offboarding of colleagues.
Booking travel, taking minutes of meetings and supporting internal communication.
Point of contact for warehouse, cleaning, landlord and external partners.
Posting and managing vacancies through various channels.
Organising team activities, get-togethers and special offers.
Participating in various projects: from shop renovation to marketing events.
In short: a versatile position for a true controller with an eye for detail and a team spirit.
You are a real organiser and feel at home in a creative, fast-moving organisation.
You work meticulously, independently and are stress-resistant.
You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are in possession of a driving licence B.
You are available for a minimum of 36 a 40 hours a week.
