As a Junior International Sales Manager at Anna + Nina, you play a key role in expanding and optimising our global sales strategy. You’ll work closely with international agents and our internal team to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth operational processes. 

Beyond your commercial responsibilities, you are also the organisational backbone of the international sales department. You keep an overview, make sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, and ensure that every detail is in order. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. 

• Actively seek out and approach new international agents. 

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing agents and partners. 

• Provide daily back-office support to international partners and agents. 

• Process orders, update pricing and product information, and maintain accurate client data. 

• Ensure smooth internal communication between sales, logistics, and marketing. 

• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. 

• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. 

• Deliver excellent (after)sales service and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. 

• Prepare for and coordinate international trade shows (such as Maison & Objet). 

• Train and inform international partners about new collections and seasons. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field. 

• Passionate about sales, commercially driven, and results-oriented. 

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in an international environment. 

• Excellent communication skills in English (German or French is a plus). 

• Proactive, energetic, and always eager to seize new opportunities. 

• Willing to travel and attend trade fairs. 

• Full-time availability.
