HR Intern
What you'll bring
Are you passionate about people, organized by nature, and eager to learn all about the world of Human Resources? Then we are looking for you! As our HR Intern, you’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding new colleagues to supporting with exits, and everything in between. You’ll also assist the HR Manager with recruitment, and participate in exciting HR projects like Learning & Development and automating workflows in our HR system, Nmbrs.
What you will learn
Supporting the HR-team in daily tasks such as employee onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding;
Assisting in recruitment activities like writing job posts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates;
Supporting in fun and impactful HR projects such as Learning & Development and HR process automation;
Working with Nmbrs to manage employee data and streamline HR workflows;
Contributing to improving internal HR processes and documentation;
Being a reliable point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions;
Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and other departments to improve employee experience.

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and structured in your work;
You have a proactive and hands-on mentality;
You are communicative and enjoy working with people;
You can work independently but also thrive in a team;
You are fluent in Dutch;
You live in or near Amsterdam;
You are available 32 hours a week for at least 5 months;
A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus;
