Head of Marketing
About the role
As Head of Marketing, you are ultimately responsible for the overall marketing strategy and digital growth of Anna + Nina. You translate business objectives into a strong (digital) roadmap and lead both internal teams and external agencies to achieve maximum impact.
In this role, you own the marketing strategy with a clear focus on digital growth and omnichannel campaigns. While we work with specialised external partners for execution (such as media buying, SEA and social advertising), you define the direction and strategy.
You act as a strategic lead and main point of contact: translating commercial goals and internal needs into clear and effective briefings, managing budgets and performance, and ensuring all campaigns align with our brand identity and customer experience. You critically analyse results, optimise where needed, and continuously build both brand value and conversion.
You will lead the E-commerce team, the Creative Marketer, and the Marketing Coordinator.
What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and implement the overarching marketing and digital growth strategy, translated into a clear annual plan and marketing calendar.Digital & Growth Marketing
Drive growth in collaboration with external partners through SEO/SEA, social advertising, email marketing, content and CRO, with a strong focus on measurable impact.Omnichannel Campaign Management
Coordinate campaigns across all channels and ensure consistency between messaging, creative assets, landing pages and the customer journey.Agency & Stakeholder Management
Manage external agencies as the single point of contact. You evaluate performance, challenge strategies and optimise based on KPIs.Data & Analysis
Analyse marketing data (including GA4, dashboards and CRM) and translate insights into actionable improvements and new growth opportunities.Conversion & Customer Experience
Initiate improvements across the website, funnel and customer experience to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value.Budget & ROI Management
Manage marketing and media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.Brand Guardianship
Safeguard brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints.
About You
5–7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and growth
You speak Dutch and English
Experience managing external agencies and/or working agency-side
Strategically strong, with sufficient hands-on knowledge to critically assess campaigns and reporting
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA, social advertising, CRO and marketing automation
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate and CLV
Proven experience with GA4 and Billy Grace, and the ability to use these tools strategically
Familiar with Klaviyo, Shopify and Power BI; hands-on experience is a plus
Experience leading, motivating and developing a team
Strong leadership skills, persuasive communication and stakeholder management abilities
