At Anna + Nina we're looking for a full-time Customer Happiness Specialist to join our team.

Full-time

We are looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist to complete the Customer Service team at Anna + Nina. You are a social butterfly with an intrinsic motivation to give customers an excellent customer experience & service. You specialize in problem-solving, inhibit a natural communication style via written text and over the phone, as well as being motivated to build strong relationships with our customers.

What will you do

You will handle enquiries via phone and e-mail
You will be managing orders via various systems, managing returns and fulfilling orders from HQ
You will have close contact with our warehouse and stores regarding orders and products
You will help develop a strategy to improve each customer’s experience

This is you!

You have affinity with the Anna + Nina brand
You provide excellent customer service
You are practical and eager to learn new systems
You have excellent communication and listening skills
You are flexible, stress-resistant and a team player
You are fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written
You are comfortable speaking English, being part of a multinational team
You are living in, or live close-by Amsterdam
You have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service or E-commerce administrative work
