Buying & Operations Assistant
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buying and Operations Assistant to join our team. The Buying and Operations Assistant will provide essential support to our own brand and third-party brand buying and operations team.
Responsibilities as a Buying and Operations assistant:
Support the buying process of both own and third-party brands.
Assist in new product launches and all the preparations.
Responsible for buying administrative tasks of both own and third-party brands.
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records, stock monitoring and optimizing stock levels.
Support with the inbound shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Communicate with external partners; suppliers/brands.
Help to maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations, including receiving and storing of goods.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain/operations management or fashion management (TMO/AMFI).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical abilities.
Hands-on and solution driven.
You are proficient in Dutch and English in both spoken and written.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role, such as buying or operations is strongly preferred.
You are available 40 hours a week.
Preferable start date as soon possible.
