(Interim) HR Coordinator

At Anna + Nina we're looking for a (Interim) HR Coordinator to join our team.

About the job

As HR coordinator you are responsible for the development and coordination of the HR-policy of Anna + Nina, in which approximately 60 people are employed. Our team, consisting of full-time employees and on-call workers, is spread over our headquarters and our 4 stores (3 in NL and 1 in BE).

In this solo-position you advice and support the organization on an operational level about staff and organizational wide topics. You will be working closely with multiple departments within the organization. In this position you will report to the management.

Period: End of June '24 until November '24

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and improving the HR-policy

  • Responsible for all operational/administrative HR tasks, such as:

    • Preparing and processing the monthly salary run;

    • Preparing and processing contracts (incl. contract management);

    • Management of absence and sickness policy;

    • Preparation and processing employee documents in our employee administration and HR-system;

    • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process;

    • Managing the recruitment and selection process;

    • Initiating and communicating the mid-year evaluations to the team;

    • Internal communication regarding employee matters;

    • Supporting managers on all employee matters and provide legal advice when necessary.

Qualifications

  • MBO/HBO work and thinking level

  • Available 24 hours a week

  • Knowledge and experience with NMBRS or another salary administration software

  • Extensive experience with Excel

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English

  • A hands-on initiative taker

  • Furthermore, you are independent, proactive, accurate and you have excellent communication skills
