What you'll bring

Ready for an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for a Finance Work Student to support the administrative process of both the Dutch and the Belgian BV. You are responsible for administrative tasks to ensure that the Finance department runs as smoothly as possible.

You will have frequent contact with the Finance team. In addition, it is important to ensure that ongoing administrative matters are followed up so that everything runs smoothly. So accurate work is really a must! You will work in a young and dynamic team.

What you will do

Optimal support for administrative activities for both the Dutch and Belgian BV;
Improving the handling of financial processes
Process receipts/invoices in the Dutch and Belgian administration;
Support in various projects;
Weekly processing administration retail;
Follow-up of incoming invoices, letters, and appointments.

This is you!

Accurate work is a must;
Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
You follow a Finance-related education;
You are numerically and analytically strong and you have excellent Excel skills;
You are self-confident and have good communication skills;
You are organized and work efficiently;
You are 1 to 3 days a week available;
Preferably available immediately, for a longer period than 6 months.
