About the role

The festive season is one of the busiest and most exciting times in our boutiques. We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Assistants to join our London team throughout December and the first week of January.

You’ll help bring the Anna + Nina experience to life, making every customer feel welcome. Whether you’re finding the perfect Christmas gift, offering styling advice or helping with a last-minute purchase, you’ll make each visit feel personal and memorable.

Combining a love of customer service with a proactive approach to sales, you’ll work closely with the team to make the festive season a success.

This is a temporary position covering December and the first week of January. Availability throughout this period, including the busy Christmas shopping days, is essential.

• Welcome customers and create a warm, personal shopping experience.

• Help customers find thoughtful gifts and offer advice on our collections.

• Drive sales through attentive service, product knowledge and an understanding of customers’ needs.

• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs.

• Keep the boutique looking inviting, beautifully presented and ready for the festive season.

• Replenish stock, process deliveries and keep the shop floor and stockroom organised.

• Bring a positive attitude to busy trading days and support your colleagues wherever needed.

• You have experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role.

• You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find something they love.

• You’re enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about great service.

• You have a commercial mindset and feel confident making product recommendations.

• You’re proactive, flexible and happy to get stuck in.

• You have an interest in fashion, jewellery and lifestyle.

• You enjoy working as part of a team towards shared goals.

• You’re available throughout December and the first week of January, including the Christmas period.
