About the job

Are you looking for a cool retail internship in fashion and jewelry and do you like a challenge? Then this could be the internship for you!

An allround intern supports the Customer Care, HR & Office, Project & Events teams in all matters. With this internship position, you are literally a jack of all trades. You will accompany us to locations, shoots, and events to assist with productions, but you’ll also occasionally be on the phone with people within the company to coordinate things. This means you will also interact with plumbers, technicians, and other individuals who handle tasks for you within the company. You definitely won’t be afraid of making calls after this internship.

As the role already describes, you are truly involved in various aspects of the company. So, you'll receive questions from all sides, making the position quite enjoyable. You'll be in contact with everyone, which will quickly integrate you into the company.

What will you do?

Your work will mainly consist of supporting:

  • You will support the Head of HR & Office/Project & Events with the daily operations, projects and improving the business; 
  • You will support the Head of Customer & Care by handling customer complaints (returns) and documenting them all in Excel; 
  • You will support the Head of Buying and Operations in purchasing third-party brands and preparing them for sale; 
  • You come up with ideas for our events, to make them unforgettable;
  • You will be responsible for the organization of cool events;
  • You will work together with the team on the weekly office budgeting. 

This is you!

  • You are studying in the field of Business, Communication or Fashion Bachelor or Master level and you must do an internship; 
  • You can work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, among others; 
  • You are a hard worker and can work independent, but are also a team player;
  • You have perfect oral and written skills in Dutch and English;
  • You do not have a 9-5 mentality as this internship might ask for flexibility;
  • You're available part-time, but flexible during you're week; 
  • Start per February '24;
  • You have your drivers license.
